The lives of composers are filled with valuable lessons that can be applied to our lives. This four-week course (Part Two) provides an opportunity to learn about four composers: • Grieg • Handel • Haydn • Verdi ★ Each class will include: • a short story about the composer • interesting facts, including spiritual details of the composer's life • a brief quiz to increase comprehension skills • listening to a portion of a song composed by the artist (music appreciation) • a handmade note-booking book project • show and tell ★ The note-booking project will include the following options: • cutting out images • gluing images onto page • basic drawing and writing ✨ Students will have the opportunity to show their books at the end of class. NOTE: Each course in this series can be taken separately and in any order
