Neurodivergent Friendly! Students explore the chemistry of cake balls in a two-day Valentine-themed class. On Day 1, we start our science adventure! We'll investigate binding, absorption, structure, and temperature as they mix and form cake balls. On Day 2, we're studying melting, heat transfer, and crystallization as they dip the chilled cake balls in chocolate and watch the coating harden.
