Day one, children crumble cake, mix in frosting, and watch fat bind the crumbs into dough. Day two, they melt chocolate, talk through melting points and viscosity, dip the chilled balls, and see the shell harden. It's a live online STEAM class for homeschool families, ages 5 to 14.
