In this special Thanksgiving class, students will design their own mini gratitude journal and use it to create a short story or poem about what they’re thankful for. We’ll reflect on the meaning of gratitude, explore 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (“In every thing give thanks”), and enjoy combining creativity with writing. By the end, kids will have a personalized journal they can continue to use at home and a piece of writing to celebrate the season.
