Course Description

The Space Explorers family unit study takes children on a five-week adventure through the wonders of God’s universe. From the first rocket launch to the landing on the moon, each lesson connects Scripture with fascinating space science—revealing how the heavens truly “declare the glory of God.” Students will experiment with rockets, explore how the sun and moon affect our days and seasons, design a solar system mobile, train like astronauts through balance and strength challenges, and engineer a lunar lander that protects its “astronaut” during a drop test. Throughout the journey, families will discuss how exploration, curiosity, and discovery all reflect God’s image in us. By the end of the unit, learners will not only understand the marvels of space, but they’ll also stand in awe of the Creator who set every star in place. 🧩 Learning Goals By the end of this unit, students will: - Recognize how God’s creation reflects His order and creativity. - Understand key features of space (sun, moon, planets, orbits, gravity). - Complete STEM builds that model real scientific principles. - Deepen their sense of awe and worship for the Creator. Sibling discounts are available upon request.
