This is a subject matter I am not great at, and so it doesn't end up making it into my lessons, and it is so important! I love that I can have my daughters go to this class, so I know they are getting cultured, but I dont have to do it, honestly 🤣 They love art and it is awesome to hear about the stories behind people who made so many of the famous artwork we know today!

I honestly am not a huge poetry person, so I haven't really made it a priority, but this class changed my mind. Mrs. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable, and presents her class and interacts with students about the poet in such an engaging way. We tried this class kind of late in the year, and I so wish we had started earlier! This was such a good fit for my oldest daughter. She has made connections while watching/hearing about the author is other contexts because of Mrs. Elizabeth! I was very impressed and look forward to taking more classes this year.

This class was one of the highlights of our year! As mom, I learned so much just from what my girls would tell me about after class. It was such a great foundation for art history and they've developed a really great eye for placing a piece of art with its artist in the wild.

My two boys loved this class! They learned so much and were engaged the whole time. It was such an interesting event in history to learn about and it was taught in an engaging way that will help them remember it for years to come!
