Summer Reading Program Rules

OFFICIAL RULES — WonderWell Learning Summer Reading Sweepstakes

June 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026  |  Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

3. When Does the Sweepstakes Run?

The WonderWell Learning Summer Reading Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Arizona Time (AZ) on June 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Arizona Time (AZ) on August 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Note: Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time. When most of the country moves its clocks forward in summer, Arizona stays the same. Please use Arizona Time when calculating deadlines.

The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. Entries submitted after 11:59:59 p.m. AZ on August 31, 2026 will not be counted.

4. Who Can Enter?

To enter this Sweepstakes, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.
• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time you enter.
• You must have an active WonderWell Learning account registered in your own name.
• You must be the parent or legal guardian of at least one child registered under your WonderWell Learning account.

The following people are NOT allowed to enter:

• Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor.
• Immediate family members of any of the above. “Immediate family members” means a spouse, parent, child, or sibling, and the spouses of those people.
• Anyone who lives in the same household as any of the people listed above.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. How Do I Enter?

You earn entries into the Sweepstakes by earning points during the Promotion Period. Every 5 points you earn equals 1 Sweepstakes entry. There is no cap on entries.

How to Earn Points

Other entry rules:

• Points and entries belong to your account. They cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged for cash, or combined across separate accounts.
• All entries must be earned during the Promotion Period.

6. Account and Entry Rules

Please follow these rules when participating:

• One WonderWell Learning account per household.
• If you have more than one child on your account, points earned by all of your children are combined into your single account for entry purposes.
• You may not use bots, scripts, or any automated or mechanical method to earn points or entries. Any entry that the Sponsor believes was obtained through fraud or unauthorized means may be disqualified.

7. How Is the Winner Chosen?

One (1) winner will be chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be held on or about September 4, 2026, using a randomized process from the Sponsor’s participation database.

Your odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The more entries, the lower the odds. The fewer entries, the better the odds.

8. What Is the Prize?

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of the following items:

Prize rules:

• The prize will be awarded exactly as described. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any item becomes unavailable.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The prize cannot be transferred to another person, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• The winner is responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. All costs not specifically mentioned in these rules (such as shipping complications or insurance) are the winner’s responsibility.
• Approximate retail values are based on Amazon.com pricing as of May 2026. Actual retail value may change. The ARV is sponsor-determined and not subject to negotiation.

9. How Will the Winner Be Notified?

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address connected to the winning WonderWell Learning account on or about September 4, 2026.

What happens after you are notified:

• You must respond to the notification email within ten (10) business days of the date it is sent.
• As a condition of receiving your prize, you may be asked to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where the law allows, a Publicity Release. These documents must be returned within ten (10) days of the date they are sent to you.
• If you do not respond within the required time, if we cannot reach you, if your email bounces back as undeliverable, or if you do not return any required documents on time, you may be disqualified. A new winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

10. Public Announcement of Winner

Except where prohibited by law, accepting the prize means you agree to let the Sponsor use your first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional and advertising purposes in any media, anywhere in the world, without paying you anything additional.

If you do not want your name used, the Sponsor will announce that a winner was selected without disclosing your identity.

For the avoidance of doubt: no information relating to any child registered under a family account will be used in any promotional, advertising, or publicity material in connection with this Sweepstakes.

11. The $10 Class Credit — Separate from the Sweepstakes

The $10 class credit code mentioned in the program materials is a separate milestone reward. It is NOT part of this Sweepstakes and is not a prize.

Here is how it works: When a child registered under your family account earns 200 or more points during the Promotion Period, your account will receive one (1) single-use class credit code worth $10.00 USD. You can use this credit toward any live class purchase on the WonderWell Learning platform.

Credit code rules:

• Credit codes can be used starting September 1, 2026.
• Credit codes expire at 11:59:59 p.m. AZ on December 31, 2026. You must complete your checkout before the expiration date, even if the class itself takes place after that date.
• Credit codes have no cash value.
• Credit codes cannot be transferred to another account.
• Credit codes cannot be combined with other offers or coupons.
• Each child may earn one (1) credit code during the Promotion Period. If you have more than one child, each child may earn their own credit code.

12. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, change, or suspend the Sweepstakes — in whole or in part — if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the fairness or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or unreadable.
• Technical errors in the operation of the Sweepstakes platform.
• Any injury or damage to persons or property that may result, directly or indirectly, from participating in the Sweepstakes or from receiving or using a prize.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE SPONSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, EVEN IF THE SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE SPONSOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE AWARDED.

14. Disputes

Except where prohibited by law, by entering this Sweepstakes you agree that:

• Any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, will be resolved individually and not as part of any class action or group lawsuit, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Any dispute, claim, or cause of action will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Navajo County, Arizona.
• Any award or judgment will be limited to actual, documented, out-of-pocket costs you incurred.

15. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

16. Your Privacy

Any personal information you provide in connection with this Sweepstakes will only be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at wonderwelllearning.com.

Children’s privacy is important to us. The only information we collect about children under a parent’s account is the child’s first name, which is used solely for identification within the family dashboard. We do not collect any other personal information from or about children.

We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to run and fulfill this Sweepstakes.

17. How to Get the Winner’s Name

After September 11, 2026, you may request the name of the winner. To do so, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
