About Me
I live in Texas with my husband and four children. We emphasize respect, gratefulness, selflessness, and integrity.
I have served as a public school teacher for 7 years, Bible class teacher for 18 years, children’s ministry head for 8 years, and 4-H Club Manager for 3 years.
I love learning, and I love sharing my learning through teaching! I have always loved math and science, and they continue to reveal themselves through my hobbies. I love to bake, sew, raise farm animals, play the piano, and study apologetics. You may understand how math and science are involved in some of these, but did you know music is very mathematical? The sound waves of different pitches increase exponentially, and beautiful harmonies can partly be explained by fractions. Did you know there are microscopic organisms that we must nurture when baking with sourdough and making fresh dairy products? I hope we can join in some learning adventures together!

This series is the best thing I ever did for my daughter’s math. Megan can explain things in a way that makes it just click for my daughter. I’m no longer worried about gaps in her math foundation. My 11-year-old daughter is so confident in math now. She's excited to finish the series this year! She wasn't crazy about math at first, but Ms. Megan quickly won her over. I recommend the serie to everyone I know! In fact, we loved it so much that I convinced Megan to make a similar, but faster paced, class for my high school boys, who have holes in their math knowledge. I highly recommend Ms. Megan!!

Farm & Forage (Junior)This class was one of the first classes I signed my daughter up for on Wonderwell and she loved it! During class they got to learn all about farm life and see all the animals. She was in heaven and I really enjoyed watching her face light up when I told her it was time for her farm class!
